We do not accept returns or offer refunds on opened, used, or custom-ordered products.

2. Defect Claims
To request a refund or replacement due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You must provide your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
We reserve the right to inspect or require return of the product, at our discretion, before approving any refund or replacement.
3. Non-Refundable Items & Fees
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Products that have been opened, tampered with, or improperly stored are not eligible for refund or replacement.
Refunds due to change of mind, incorrect selection, or misunderstanding of the Research Use Only policy will not be accepted.
4. Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
